Joe was born and raised in Baltimore County where he attended St. Paul School and Calvert Hall before earning his degree at Vanderbilt University. Subsequently founding and running a small management recruiting business which helped hundreds of people get jobs. He has also served on the boards of numerous non-profits.
Today, Joe lives with his wife of 33 years and their two daughters. He owns and operates J. Seehusen Associates, Inc., a consulting company dedicated to helping organizations achieve their strategic mission.
